Operational Framework
Last Updated: May 04, 2026. These terms govern the engagement between your organization and the Mativyx frontier technology ecosystem.
By accessing or deploying any Mativyx system, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all operational protocols outlined in your specific Master Service Agreement (MSA). These terms apply to all global nodes and virtual instances under Mativyx orchestration.
Mativyx grants a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize our proprietary architectures and AI systems according to the tiers specified in your engagement contract. Unauthorized reverse engineering, decompilation, or structural analysis of our core kernels is strictly prohibited.
High-performance compute (HPC) resources are allocated based on dynamic availability and priority tiers. Mativyx reserves the right to throttle or reallocate resources during critical system maintenance or global network instability to maintain overall ecosystem integrity.
All proprietary technologies, including but not limited to the Neural Analytics Engine, Distributed Ledger frameworks, and specific UI/UX brutalist design patterns, remain the intellectual property of Mativyx Systems. Client-generated data and models remain the property of the client.
In no event shall Mativyx be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime or data throughput delays, except as explicitly outlined in your Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our maximum liability is capped at the total service fees paid during the preceding six-month period.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 90 days' notice or immediately upon a verified breach of security protocols. Upon termination, all cryptographic access will be revoked, and data will be offboarded according to the Data Sovereignty Protocol.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the primary service node is established (typically Singapore or Bengaluru), without regard to conflict of law principles.
