Regulatory Protocol
Last Updated: May 04, 2026. This document outlines the cryptographic and operational protocols governing data sovereignty at Mativyx.
At Mativyx, we adhere to the principle of absolute data sovereignty. All enterprise data processed through our frontier systems remains the exclusive property of the client. We implement zero-knowledge proofs where applicable to ensure processing occurs without direct exposure of sensitive raw data to our core intelligence engines.
Our systems collect telemetry required for operational stability and high-performance compute optimization. This includes system-level metadata, network throughput metrics, and cryptographic handshake logs. Personal identifiable information (PII) is handled strictly according to SOC2 Type II and DPDP 2026 compliance standards.
Data at rest is encrypted using quantum-resistant algorithms. Data in transit is secured via end-to-end encrypted tunnels with continuous rotation of cryptographic keys. No unauthorized entity, including Mativyx personnel, has access to client-controlled decryption keys.
Mativyx does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer enterprise data to outside parties. Integrations with verified sub-processors occur only under strict legal frameworks and technical silos that prevent cross-contamination of digital assets.
We maintain active compliance with global data protection regimes, including GDPR, HIPAA, and Bharat's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Regular automated audits are performed to ensure protocol adherence across all global nodes.
